WELCOME TO THE LIBRARY SERVICE FOR SALFORD ROYAL
Our personalised information services support delivery of safe, clean and personal care to patients by demystifying information for healthcare professionals, students and NHS managers through the facilitation of training, delivering individualised support and providing access to high quality resources.
We offer a full enquiry service and our expertise and in-depth knowledge of healthcare information enables the right information to be delivered at the right time through the use of:

Skilled staff who provide access to resources and offer support and training in their use

Print and electronic resources (including books, journals and databases) for all our users

A Document Supply service to provide access to books and journal articles not held in the library

Remote access to the service via email, telephone and website

Literature searching, training and current awareness
Access is available to:

All staff of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust

Students based within the Trust

All NHS staff or students who work within the Greater Manchester NHS environment according to the terms of our access agreement
